Welcome to Desk Mode ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and digital products available at deskmode.co (the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our Services.

1. Use of Services

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account login details and any activity that occurs under your account.

2. Purchases & Payments

All purchases made through our Services are final unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.

Prices are listed in USD and may be updated without prior notice.

Payments are processed securely via third-party providers including GoHighLevel and Stripe. We do not store full credit card information.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are subject to our 7-day refund policy. Single Blueprint purchases and memberships are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase with no questions asked.

Monthly and Annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation stops future billing but does not generate a refund for the current billing period unless within the 7-day window.

Lifetime access purchases are non-refundable after 7 days of purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

All Blueprints, system prompts, guides, and materials provided by Desk Mode are owned or licensed by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share any Blueprint or content with individuals who have not purchased access, without our prior written consent.

Access to our Blueprints grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the content for your own professional use only.

5. User Content

If you submit feedback, testimonials, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our marketing and Services.

You agree not to upload or submit unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

6. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Desk Mode Blueprints are designed for use with Claude Pro by Anthropic. We are not affiliated with Anthropic and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to Claude or its features.

Results from using our Blueprints are not guaranteed and will vary depending on individual setup, use, and circumstances.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Desk Mode and its affiliates shall not be liable for any damages arising from: use or inability to use our Services; changes to Claude or Claude Projects by Anthropic; unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; or any third-party services linked through our platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Desk Mode, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Services may include links to third-party websites including Anthropic, GoHighLevel, and payment processors. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in misuse including sharing Blueprints without authorization.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colorado.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting at deskmode.co/terms. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
